I’ll carefully collect your preferences, travel dates, and budget to create a personalized plan that suits your unique needs. After doing thorough research, I’ll send you an initial quote.
Please let me know if there are any adjustments or alterations you would like to make to ensure the plan fits your requirements perfectly.
After you have approved the itinerary and quote, I will require your credit card information to make reservations. I will provide you with a credit card authorization form to sign, which will grant me permission to book your trip on your behalf.

3 // Book your trip
After your reservations are confirmed, I will provide you with a detailed itinerary that includes confirmation numbers, important information, and helpful travel tips. You can count on me to keep track of all the details, so you can relax and enjoy your trip.
Two weeks before your departure date, I will double-check with all vendors to ensure that everything is in order for your dream trip. I will then confirm with you that everything is good to go and answer any last-minute questions you may have.

Sit back and relax as I take care of everything, while you prepare for your trip! I will provide you with a detailed itinerary, including all trip details and any necessary information. Throughout your journey, I am always available to help you with anything that comes up.
