How much does it cost to work with you?
Since each trip is highly customized to you, we will give an official quote after our complimentary consultation call or after you submit our inquiry form. Hotel and cruise bookings are complimentary. If you want to add-on US originating roundtrip flights, we can book those at no extra charge. We only charge a non-refundable planning fee for our time researching and crafting the perfect itinerary for you if you choose our customized itineraries or full-service travel planning services.

Why are hotel bookings and cruises a free service when we book with you?
When booking through a travel advisor, we are paid commission from the hotel and/or cruise - that way you don't have to pay us! You'll pay the same price as booking direct. We charge a planning fee to cover the personalized services and expertise provided for arrangements that do not generate a commission. This ensures that every aspect of your trip receives the same level of care and attention, regardless of where we book it. We can create your trip from scratch or help book what you’ve already decided on, and everything in between.

What if I’ve already booked my hotel?
No worries! Send us an email at sierra.oneal@fora.travel and we’ll see if we can do a “takeover booking”; which means we’ll be added as the agent of record. There is no extra cost to this service, we are able to communicate with the hotel on your behalf and possibly add some extra perks to your booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to do a takeover with Marriott properties.

Do you book flights?
We currently only book main cabin, premium cabin, business, and first class flights or when they're included in a round trip US-originating destination package. Please know there is an additional fee when booking flights on their own outside of a package. If you want to book these on your own, we are happy to provide the best routes for your destination or ways to use your miles for flights.

Do you offer payment plans?
Planning fees are due upfront before any work is started. Some bookings may allow a deposit and payment plan depending on our supplier and how far out your trip is booked. Some bookings may offer pay at check-out, so you will just need a card on file to reserve and you can pay in person.

When should I contact you?
You can contact us as early as 1.5 years in advance of a trip and as little as 1 week. The best time to contact us is when you have an idea of when you want to travel and you have a budget in mind. The rest we can help you figure out and get everything planned! If you are wanting to travel during peak season or during a holiday, please reach out to us as soon as possible as many hotels can get booked out up to 8-12 months in advance.

What does it mean to get VIP perks?
When you use a travel advisor for luxury hotel and cruise bookings, it's a great way to get possible perks, preferred service, access, and treatment from the hotel. From early check-in, late check-out, breakfast included, hotel credit, and more -- it's worth having an advisor advocate for you.

What is the benefit of booking with a travel advisor instead of booking online?

What can you book?
I offer hotel and cruise bookings, car rentals, transfers, reservations, and excursions — as well as customized itinerary and travel planning. I am also able to book event tickets like F1, concerts, theme park resorts and tickets for Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, and Universal Studios. Can you help with travel insurance?
Yes, I can help you purchase travel insurance policies that provide coverage for unexpected events like trip cancellations, delays, and medical emergencies. I recommend Faye Travel Insurance if you want to book it on your own. I can also bundle insurance with your travel package.
