How much does it cost?
Since each trip is highly customized to you, we will give an official quote after our complimentary consultation call or after you submit our inquiry form. If you already know where you want to stay, then hotel bookings are always free!

Why are hotel bookings  and cruises a free service?
When booking through a travel advisor, we are paid commission from the hotel and/or cruise - that way you don't have to pay us! This is how travel agents make money. We charge a planning fee to cover the personalized services and expertise provided for arrangements that do not generate a commission. This ensures that every aspect of your trip receives the same level of care and attention, regardless of the booking source.

Will I pay more if I book a hotel with you versus booking independently?
Most times, the price will be the EXACT same as if you were booking yourself. If it's ever more expensive, it is usually not by much and the value of the perks outweighs the extra cost by a landslide. We can also still book the regular rate you see if you're not interested in the perks.

What if I’ve already booked my hotel?
No worries! Send us an email at sierra.oneal@fora.travel and we’ll see if we can do a “takeover booking”; which means we’ll be added as the agent of record and you get all the perks! No extra money out of your pocket, just the perks added to the reservation! Win win!

Do you book flights?
We currently only book business/first class flights or when they're included in a round trip destination package. Please know there is an additional fee when booking flights. If you want to book these on your own, we are happy to provide the best routes for your destination.

Do you do restaurant reservations?
We do restaurant reservations for our custom itinerary clients only.  Restaurant recommendations are only included with hotel bookings.

Do you offer payment plans for the planning fee?
We currently do not offer any payment plans; the full planning fee will be due upfront. We do not have any late fees - but work will not be started until the planning fee is paid. Some booking may allow a deposit and payment plan depending on our supplier. We accept all major credit cards!

When should I reach out?
Depending on what kind of trip you are taking and where you are going, this will change; but a good rule of thumb is 4-6 months before a trip. We always say the earlier the better; that way we can get you on our radar and get you all the best spots as soon as reservations open!

What’ does a custom itinerary look like?
We work with various suppliers directly to create a custom itinerary based on your budget and preferences. We can book everything from private tours, excursions, transfers, exclusive activities and more for you or we can give you suggestions if you want to book those on your own. We may work with a DMC (destination management company) to handle all in-destination travel arrangements and tour components for those who want a seamless travel experience with 24/7 support.

What does it mean to get VIP perks?
Using a travel advisor (TA) for luxury hotel and cruise bookings is a free way to get hundreds of dollars in value, preferred service, access, and treatment from the hotel. Think of it as putting premium gas in a luxury car – you're already paying a premium for the experience, so why not ensure it runs smoothly and you get maximum performance?

What is a travel advisor? Is it the same as a travel agent?
Yes! Over the past few years, Travel Agents have rebranded as Travel Advisors to reflect the level of personalization and care we put into each trip. Like financial advisors, we’re real experts. We love all things travel and taking the stress out of planning trips. We can create your trip from scratch or help book what you’ve already decided on, and everything in between. Plus, we can unlock perks and VIP amenities at hotels, resorts, and cruises around the world.

What is the benefit of booking with a travel advisor instead of booking online?
Booking with a travel advisor offers several benefits over booking online, including access to insider knowledge and personalized recommendations and peace of mind knowing that a professional is handling your travel arrangements. As a travel advisor, I can help you plan your trip by providing personalized recommendations and expert advice based on your travel preferences and budget and work with suppliers to get you VIP perks.

What can you book?
I offer hotel and cruise bookings, car rentals, transfers, reservations, and excursions — as well as customized itinerary and travel planning. I am also able to book theme park resorts and tickets for Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, and Universal Studios. I book travel for any traveler. From mid-range to boutique, to luxury, I’ve got you covered.
